Since we didn't complaints and not a lot of questions, I can't exactly say. I can only say, the whole staff at the reception English spoken has. They were always nice and answered all our questions. With breakfast was always fast and abundantly refilled and if one asked also everything. Room were cleaned each day and tidy.In the hotel there was a large breakfast room with a very good choice. Bread, toast, rolls, many fruit ( also available for take-away), yogurts, muesli, marmelade, sausage, cheese, eggs, typical English breakfast items and breakfast for diabetics. It is a really great hotel for a towns trip. The Metro station is 3 to 5 minutes away from the hotel and from there you can reach the other parts of the city very well. The staff are very friendly and to help and advise. The walls of the room were very thin and the room is rather simply furnished, but if you only on night in the room is: not a problem. The hotel is in our opinion recommended for shorter city break to Barcelona. … read more
