the staff were in all areas very friendly and warm without the I the feeling had they were the tip, although the speed was raised had. Some employee afterwards something German, English and if you are a little bit of Spanish attempted increases the joy on both sides. The cleaning of the rooms was perfect. Laundry service on request possible, but I have not used exactly as the medical employee. Child care I needed also not. Holiday-nothing else possible!
Pleasant all inclusive resort at the end of the world-to the next bigger city (Camaguey) one drives with the car about 2.5 hours. With luck you can see outside of the plant for it also Flamingos.

As a result of the economic situation and the upheaval on Cuba with the follower seeking dismissal of the staff we can recommend this hotel for over 15 years, for the first time, not more, but each only advise you not to go there, to book here:
