The hotel is already badly ageing, but one tried, these not too badly say to leave. The state of the room left much to be desired: in the whole room and bathroom we found long black hairs; we are all blond and dark blond... Wireless internet was free, but you had to at the door is possible, to front desk to have. The one night was awful, as us a very loud umhertrampelnde family lived. In the morning we discovered within a hour two spiders. They offered us a room on the 3. floor of, but the flaws were too … read more

The hotel is right by the port. We have it in our round trip booked, as it is one of the cheaper hotels was. The room, the US first allocated, was nice, however heard the air conditioning from the underlying rooms respectively vibrated the floor. After complaint we were immediately a different room, with the booked view of the sea. The walls are however so thin, that we unfortunately sleepless Nights booked. actually a nice the Marina hotel, unfortunately somewhat getting old, really needed now and then a renewal (both in the rooms as well as in the general areas); room very spacious with balcony and a view of the marina, sea and La; bathroom was really big with a jacuzzi tub, shower, and Doppelkwaschbecken even Bidet; free parking directly at the hotel; good location to the airport and to the rest of the city (Venice beach, Beverly) … read more

The hotel marine del Rey is a good alternative to Venice or Santa Monica. The complex is nestled in the middle of a huge Marina, as the name suggests. The rooms with a view of the marina are a little bit more expensive-therefor total quiet and of course if you have a great way to start the day with breakfast on the terrace.
