Rooms can mostly only at 2pm. The staff is very friendly. English skills. Ralph is German and could be very helpful. nullThe rooms were renovated for the most part. At the time the last floor renovated. In case of a booking so if you insist on a renovated room. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. On request we will send you a free daily newspaper in the room every morning. Water kettle, coffee and tea are in the room. A large hotel in an area with 5 restaurants and 3 casinos. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the Sky Tower. In a few minutes walk to the harbor and the main shopping streets. Very good shopping possibilities around the hotel. Check In / Check out was easy and quick. We were 2 x 1 night in this hotel. The hotel is perfect for a short stay. The condition of our room was good and not worn. The same goes for the amenities. Better than the location of a city hotel no: in the middle of the city (name suggests), directly under the Skytower with direct, sometimes even and discounted. Casino, lots of restaurants and shops "in house", respectively in the immediate area. A free city bus (red) is right outside the front door; this departs every 15 minutes a way round Auckland tip for exploring the city, and is a great help for "Fußlahme". The hotel is located on the best spot in the Auckland city center, in the Sky City at the foot of the Sky-Towers. But the location is not everything! After arriving from a long flight from Singapore we wanted to a lovely bed: at the lobby we were told that we should be a 2 hour for 14 hours, but even better ask only toward 3pm. The lobby has the feel of a train station, the rooms are very much in need of refurbishment. Bathroom, closets, bed were all good standard of the 1980s. Although clean, but rather run-down.
