Were for five days on Big Island and did not regret it Hilton booked. Very big complex with several units (stayed in the ocean tower untergebraucht ).
The complex is in our opinion very well-kept and nicely arranged, lots of flowers, palm trees and grassy areas. To to the rooms or restaurants to get a small trolley drove, as well as boats.
We liked the most the lagoon like... This loads for snorkelling and relax. The loungers and towels are free of charge, only the beach chairs you could have to pay dearly. Pedal boats, snorkeling equipment you could expensive can be … read more

All employees were very friendly. We arrived after 0 o'clock at, as neither the station the boats more drove. We were greeted by the catacombs with a golf cart drove, so we didn't our luggage to to the room had to carry (10 minutes on foot). Also on the demand, whether we have a late check-out may, were promptly reacted to and this made possible.
The rooms were cleaned daily and were also very clean.

The check-in was all right and the staff are not unfriendly. However everything is very impersonal and our last day us the bill of the hotel just under the door will slip. A correct check out there was also not. There is all about self check out where you a number, and the time, which one the room left on a band speaks.There are some restaurants, bistros and bars in the hotel complex, but all very expensive and the quality was not particularly good are. 28 $for a pizza with cheese pay was never in the sense. Friendly staff, the only speak English. Child care only for small children. For young people is nothing was offered.A bar with a garden, however no bar in the garden with a view of the sea, what unfortunately was, because the sunsets are fantastic. We are in the four-season -hotel dangers, the a brilliant atmosphere and fantastic kitchen has. It is located a few miles south. If you have money to spend want, then was worth it. We stayed here 4 nights as a part of our hawaii Iceland hopping tour 2012 and from all hotels, we on this occasion had booked, this was the absolute highlight!
