Surely the best address in santiago, on details you should not have a look. Me has for example very annoyed, that on the 9. floor where for guests an internet room is available, constantly only the staff on computer sat. Storm damages the recent hurricanes (broken windowpanes) were only poorly sealed. Apart from that you can here very comfortable, especially if one before the alternative like for instance. In this hotel there were we in the course of a round trip for 2 nights. I had a double room for single occupancy with a great view over the city. The check in folded smoothly and the general service was very good. The best hotel in the course of our round trip. The room was big us clean. In the bathroom was all important available and no mold visible. The restaurant was top! Different kinds of fish and meat at the live cooking plus finished prepared dishes. As weizenallergiker i can unfortunately nothing to bread and pasta say, but nevertheless i am … read more

Even in the dining room was constantly a member of the cleaning staff on site around possible contamination around the buffet to remove. A drawback was the elevator, on the you with lots of patience await had, unless you took the fire escapeThe buffet was a poem and it wasn't missing anything - for Cuba … read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful. You got along with English very well. The buffet at breakfast and at dinner was the best of our round trip. Very diverse and much freshly cooked. Wide choice! The rooms are big, are equipped with safe, flat -tv with lots of programs, mini bar hollow, double bed, coffee maker, however no balcony. The bathroom is large, shower with a bath, toilet and hair dryer. The hotel is very central in santiago, around 20 minutes away on foot to the center. • Location
This hotel affords a convenient location near the historic quarter of the city, in one of the most elegant areas of Santiago de Cuba where travellers may explore the winding colonial streets or savour Santiago’s world-famous rum and cigars whilst listening to traditional Cuban music. Lying on lively Avenida de las Américas, the hotel is a mere 100 m from the Che Guavara monument, about 1 km from the international hospital and approximately 1.5 km from Heredia theatre and the Plaza de la Revolución. It is 2 km to the historic centre where an array of shops to be found, Antonio Maceo airport is some 7 km away and it is 25 km to the nearest beach. The hotel is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday or a business trip, offering comfortable, luxurious surrounds. It is particularly suited to conferences, honeymoons and incentives. Santiago de Cuba is the second largest city in the country and offers a great deal of Caribbean flair. Two features distinguish it from other locations: the warm, hospitable, fun-loving people and the rich cultural and historical heritage coupled with the bay’d majestic beauty, being surrounded by mountains.
