Who three stars bay, can also only stars expect-the' Mesut' bay, should however better nothing at all expect.
The hotel is mostly by vacations from Eastern Europe occupied.
Sometimes it from' GTI Travel' as ausweichhotel use, in the event that the regular booked ' GTI Travel' hotels random once again all were over booked. … read more

The waiters is extremely friendly and very efficient. It was always cleared away very quickly. Some can German, many English.
The cleaning lady was very nice, she made a lot of effort unfortunately you forgot the whole week the washbasin to deseamed.
Our room was right under of the kitchen and 2 days the dirty dishwater directly on our balcony. To 2 days was the problem fixed.1 dining room in the 5 floor, very clean. We found the food and also the beverages delicious. A lot from the turkish kitchen so typical of the country

Staff unfriendly, unmotivated.
Complaints are not taken serious, you laughed.
German and English is as good as any.
You should turkish may in this hotel.The view from the restaurant is wonderful but that is already everything about this hotel is good.
The food is bad, not cooled, no choice.
Drinks only sugary water, no choice.
The chefs food from the pots with the fingers and the rest were then for the guests back.
Cats sleep at night on the sugar, on the next day it will for the guests laid out.

We are from the organizer to this hotel had been moved, as ours was overbooked.

No service, absolutely unfriendly. Locals are served, all remaining guests of course not.
Little foreign language skills.
Cleaning of the rooms: absolutely bad to not at all, just dirty!
On complaints are not being reacted to, then all of a sudden nobody more German or English lndestypische kitchen.
A hotel and a pool bar.
Of cleanliness the not much. The loungers full of coffee or choco, are not even cleaned well.Family room, very small. For one person ok but not for 4 persons.
