There are 2 SUPERIOR SUITES (sleeps 6-7 each) and 2 EXCELLENT SUITES (sleeps 5 each). Each suite has 2 rooms and a full bath room. Executive style! All suites occupied: up to 22 guests can sleep! Most things are FREE: parking, cable TV, wifi, phone (N. America free calls), bikes, use of deck, balcony, and....and.... friendly, humorous hosts. Also free: Help, Advice, Smiles! PRICES: Budget & Family Friendly. A WHOLE SUITE at the Villa costs LESS than just a ROOM for 2 elsewhere! GUARANTEE: If you have a lesser priced written offer for a private accommodation with a similar quality as ours we just BEAT this price! We need your patronage! The VILLA: gorgeous, air conditioned, modern, tasteful furnishings, carpeted floors. You have to love it! Nothing else is possible! The Niagara River and a very nice PLAYGROUND are close by. Two SUPERIOR suites are upstairs and beautifully furnished. Both have a very comfy queen bed and a sofa bed for 2. Add a cot up to 5 people can sleep in the grand room. The Domino’s 2nd room has a queen bed; Pine’s a sofa bed for 2 and a cot or twin. Two EXCELLENT suites (Italian and No Name) are on the main floor. Both have a queen bed in 1 room. The 2nd has a sofa bed for 2 and a twin. 5 people sleep well in either suite. All have a hair dryer, clock radio and a fridge. SUSAN’S VILLA is much, much more than just only your everyday sleeping place. Go sightseeing and visit tourist attractions. Than rest at your new home away from home. You will forget the everyday pressures and feel good at once. The modern suits provide a great deal more than the needed amenities which make even a longer stay comfortable. You’ll see!
