The staff was friendly but somehow always' stressed '. This impression is mainly for breakfast to notice. Bustle, long lines at the entrance of the restaurant.
Room cleaning okay.The restaurant spread, as already mentioned, a hectic and therefore uncomfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, since the food very convinced us. Also the offer, children accompanied by adults free breakfast. Please the breakfast when booking in Germany reserve (9.95). Locally it costs 17.95!
Breakfast selection: toast, bread, croissants, schokobrötchen, juices sausage, salami, ham, poultry sausage, cheese, jam, honey, fresh fruit, yogurt, quark, cereal, cornflakes, pancakes (several variations) and of course the 'very british breakfast' with sausage, … read more

Only 5 minutes from the Hammersmith station and therefore easy access from the airport lhr distance. At the station there are some shops, a Tesco and some take aways for shopping.
Large and modern designed lobby with some reception desks with very friendly and well trained staff, the check in was without any problems.
The lobby includes the large restaurant or a smaller restaurant with a bar, however the entire hotel non-smoker. Very rich buffet for breakfast with a large selection, by the size of the restaurant and the constant to come and go but a rather uncomfortable atmosphere

the staff were as the guests very international, mostly it was foreign students, many of whom more bad than good English languages. Accordingly the service is the breakfast buffet rather unprofessional, inattentive and very behavior friendly. As with some written noticed, at coffee to get one must often times make attentive on itself, also, the table during breakfast rarely cleared.
we have however despite a relatively well-researched hotel no waiting times had to get a table, no matter, whether we 8 or at 9 o'clock went to get breakfast.

The hotel is located very close to the underground -Station Hammersmith, from there we could quick with the tube different attractions London reach. We came from the Heathrow Airport, also from there the hotel was with the subway without having to change to reach. In addition there is a small shopping center directly next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly, although not always especially helpful. In comparison to lobby the rooms are still on the einrichtungsstand the 70-years, so nothing special modern, only the bathroom was new and therefore well equipped. The room was very … read more

on the first day friendly. The breakfast on the room served on a map in advance ordered times: first day: 08:00-08:30 order; delivery: 08:00 A. M. (no tip given). Second day: order as the day 1: delivery only 08:30 (perhaps too few tip given?) (new year) on the third day: order 09:30-10:00; delivery: not at all! Only after urgent request at the front desk we were given our breakfast at 10:35; no knife. The rolls we have shared with a spoon and smeared!
