You feel totally at ease in this family-run Hotel. The staff made every effort to meet the needs of the guests. At any time you get information and destinations referred. The owners of the hotel take time specifically for each guest and always had a friendly word. The breakfast was especially to be highlighted, there is a lack of nothing, coffee, toast, white bread, jam, eggs, sausage, cheese, Quark, honey, cereals and fruit. Excellent service. Everything worked in the room and the staff proved to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Our requests were fulfilled and we really thank Theo for his help.The Theo restaurant at the Alexis Hotel is one of the best in Chania.
Excellent food, great portions and very friendly and professional staff, and of course prices are very reasonable.Good size, and good equipment. The hotel was excellent and reasonably priced, with pleasant rooms and air conditioning as standard. We were very impressed with the restaurant, in terms of the quality, variety, originality and presentation of the dishes and its tasteful ambience. Alexis Hotel is situated on a picturesque hilltop overlooking the sea and nearby Chania Town. Alfresco dining is also available on the outoor terrace, as an added bonus.
