This hotel is for students during completely outstanding suitable, clean rooms ( however a bit small, however absolutely sufficient), very friendly staff, the momentary around interests care, rich selection of food ( if perhaps not everyone's gift, but I thought it was great),
Terra Afrika is a more delightful place, the lots of small shops with partly very nice were has to offer, nice restaurants and bars, a great old town center and a wonderful and übershaubaren beach.
I was satisfied on the whole and would in any case come back to this hotel. … read more

The room was very dirty, as many hairs in the room (especially the bathroom) on the floor and there was from time to time ants, the bed crawled are.
The location of the hotel is very good, because it's only about 200m to the beach and about .300m in the city center with great shopping and restaurants. The pool is very large, but also a bit dirty.

The service in this hotel is zero!
when we arrived after a long drive and at the front desk there were no long employee to see. When then finally someone came, the staff could not speak any German, so we had to try with hands and feet to explain, we would like to know. ( in the whole hotel few could speak employees German. Most spoke only Spanish.)
when we finally understood and our room shown to have wanted, we had to wait again (almost half an hour).

- staff at of the lobby was friendly and helpful but totally impersonal- cleanliness and hygiene was a foreign word!
- restaurant was disgusting
- 10 years old food
- no tip!- size is sufficient for the level of a group of school children staying there, we just were completely, but the following points in the niece:
- bed is with the smallest of movements collapsed
- the ceiling tiles are in the room our boys dropped, the then had to move
- shower was moldy
- the hallways outside our rooms were flooded
