The service was good. We were always friendly treated and good advice. All employees spoke english and the cleaning of the rooms was every day made. However there was no child care, and complaints you had to very strong and sometimes several attention.Food was great and on all nationalities aligned. Nice ambiance and wide selection of dishes for breakfast (from warm to cold, sweet, fruity and hearty there is almost everything) and for dinner (plenty of salads, meat, side dishes, desserts). Very good for a city & beach vacation suitable. Direct location at the beach and a very large fresh water pool with outside showers are ideal for swimming. 2 times a day free shuttle bus buses from hotel entrance at scheduled times to Dubai Deira-citycenter and back (in the mall is an air-conditioned bus-waiting area and access to the subway station) or to the traditional Centralsouk to Sharjah with typical bazaars. therefor this hotel already 35 years old, it is still good! The beach is small, walks are not good (only from A to B and back) friendliness is top ** ** German is not possible only a few words Ahmed, otherwise English or Russian. We only had a few German guests in the hotel, 99% Russian. We had the Jahreswechel there spent, unfortunately, there was no pool or food as you know in other countries, that was very disappointing for those price too.     This hotel is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf, right beside the beach and approximately 5 km from the centre where guests will discover a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues as well as the archaeological museum and the museum of trade and industry. The international airports of Sharjah and Dubai offer good transport connections. The hotel is an ideal destination for tourists, families and business travellers as well as those on short breaks and longer stays.

    Renovated in 2005, this hotel comprises 3 floors with a total of 131 elegant furnished rooms and suites of which 11 are apartments. Guests here are sure to enjoy the familial and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby includes a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. Hotel facilities include fully equipped conference facilities (for up to 50 people), the Le petit Suisse restaurant serving international cuisine, a hairdressing salon, a kiosk, the tea garden serving hot and cold drinks, cake and ice cream, as well as the beach cafe, where guests may enjoy lighter dishes and a good selection of hot and cold drinks. Guests may also choose to take advantage of the room and laundry services. There is a playground for younger guests as well as car parking spaces.

    Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, individually regualted air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a minibar/ fridge, satellite TV, a hire safe, a computer connection, an iron and ironing board, a double or king-size bed and a balcony with sea views.

    The largest swimming pool in Sharjah is to be found in the outdoor complex along with a children's pool, a children's playground, a sun terrace and a private beach. Guests may also make use of the health club with sauna and gym, or alternatively enjoy a game of table tennis. A daily entertainment programme (October until April) is organised by the hotel staff, as are themed evenings. Various water sports are on offer on the beach. The nearest golf course is 10 km away.
