The hotel complex has its best times for a long time behind itself. In the main restaurant prevails cafeteria/kantinenstimmung. All inclusive-typically, with rather bad to mediocre food. A very nice hotel, a bit outdated, but clean and tidy. The toilets at the beach and at the snack bar were in the afternoon, sometimes bad. But after we at the front desk had said answer, worked the cleaning better. The rooms are very nice and large. The whole area is huge, however therefor you have the possibility to shuttle buses to use. Even without giving any tip you will always very friendly and nice served. Who however bad on foot is, the the hotel isn't recommendable. From the beach up to the lobby it for example 70 steps! … read more

The staff were mostly friendly. Clearly there are always exceptions, but there were mostly everything very nice people. We tipped often given, but also without one was gladly seen guest.Well, the hotel is located yes in Cuba and i have heard, that it is normal, if one or another not is available. The hotel is very extensive. Very long distances to the beach or pool depending on where the room is. It is clean. A very nice laid out natural complex. This means the trees or bushes in front of the window and no view. Pool area also very nicely arranged. Food also very tasty tasty. At the beach at noon only Hamburg, Hot Dog and fries. The staff are very friendly and almost always very attentive and almost all spoke fluent English and also something German and with a low tip goes there anyway everything better, which is now no criticism is.
Room really large and clean.
On complaints was immediately ( in any case with us ) to our satisfaction response.It gives sufficiently themenrest. Which a good kitchen offer.
The kitchen style is however unfortunately already very canadian and English but apart from that also okay.

Great complex mostly very well maintained, however staff for Cuban standards quite unfriendly and corrupt!
Affülle Dee Minikühlschrankes with intention forget, electric one gets only bad and complaints interresieren no! Already at the arrival no help with the luggage!
