I was for the second time at the EDEN star it was to my complete satisfaction, in all areas. It was in the entire hotel the whole day cleaned. This hotel has no four-star standard, only the State deserves this category. In the rooms there was no places to sit and no table, were apparently away around still additional Bunk beds in the double rooms,. The air conditioning smelled after mold after you not at all worked really clean also wasn't cleaned. The staff's hospitality, especially bad was the reception, had service nothing to do. As long as no complaints have been, is friendly.
Questions and complaints, as not at all (see above) or with considerable arrogance noted and devote the back (impolite it really couldn't get) as extremely annoying and ignored. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse are expandable and reversible necessary (german is only now and again 'understand' -english-french are for the guest bonus). The rooms stand back and once again a cleaning by a vacuum cleaner (i on the whole hotel not seen or heard): otherwise mopped. Hotel Eden star four stars amongst others is a general overhaul of emergencies:
The ex-manager works now in isis-hotel Djerba. He kept the threads in the hand, was daily publikumsnah, very popular and appreciated.
His successor is the total opposite.
The hotel lives in the pre and off-season to 70% of lz-guests.
Often there was little to no plates or saucers.
Now and then these plastiklöffeln.
Delayed supplies a. d. kitchen.
Smaller wine glasses, less content.
To vincci's times was for example a rich cheese buffet standard.
Abuses frärben not infrequently the staff from.
But fail it not at all.
On the contrary, it breaks the a... On.

All service staff are very friendly and willing to help.
It is impossible, one area to be highlighted.The food fulfilles all wishes (can cook the tunisians), if you didn't find something is stomach detunings or under fourteen.
The chairs were already four years ago wobbly and are also today only with caution to use.Despite regular tip (almost daily) we had this time a sloppy room service got. Towels missing regularly (forget) so we always at the front desk to lodg a complaint had had.
The lack of towels were except once always brought immediately.

I was 2 years ago, I liked it and the hotel was under the vinci-line. Now, obviously the owner changed and is not so good anymore. The only! Elevator during the 2 weeks only sometimes functioned. The team at the pool-, as well as at the main bar were unhelpful and unfriendly. Tips were no thanks just made. Also at the front desk no friendliness, you made easy unmotivated the job.
