Nice location but for 5 stars too to sell a bit of refurbishment.
Audience lots of russians, but in comparison to other countries and hotels very reserved were. Otherwise German, swiss, dutch.
Breakfast and dinner reasonable however also not 5 stars. Like more often described the drinks prices expensive.

Hotel very good just 5 stars, everything else as the room furnishing and the toilets the outdoor - restaurant sector are definitely in need of renovation is maximum 2 stars. The prices for food and drinks are utopian and do not correspond not to the conditions of a superhotels. Only in five star hotels our vacation spent but this was for us only middle class. The staff were with some exceptions ( disinterested for the guest) great. Under the current proportions I would, for a connoisseur of five star hotels, this definitely not recommend. … read more

The building benefits from its unique location - these are probably the 5 stars! Apart from that I would this hotel with between 3 and 4 stars to judge! The dishes are not exciting, rather bland, in the specialty restaurant are price requires, they are ' sittenwidrig '! The rooms are good dimensioned, but in the meantime such run-down, that you urgently in need of renovation classify must! Standard -room in the main building clean. Facilities at the level of the three to four stars. It was a last minute offer.
A hard bed, thin pillows, no proper blanket, only sheets.
Air conditioning has functioned efficiently, but it was a bit noisy.
Shower and the bathroom was OK, old, not in a perfect state HCLFHL...
Staff quite helpful, with good language skills in Russian, German! English.
Cleaning staff really nice. Front desk and service in the dining room nothing special friendly. HCLFHL...

Room and bathroom very unclean, had several times to be complained about. No German television, only the latter 2 days to solid complaint of guests. Renovation urgently required, to shower you had to in bath tub get off with curtain.
