We chose this hotel because of a offer on the internet.
The first room we had was a disaster, however as soon as we due to the condition of the room was on and they gave us a better room. A junior suite.
The receptionist spoke several languages including German, English, French and Italian and the front desk is in general very professional.
The spa area included a rather small sauna and a heated pool. The pool was clean inside and out and was very many possibility for relaxing ( Wasserdüßen, Wassermassagegeräte etc.).
