A nice small hotel, which for a stopover in Palm Springs very suitable. The staff appeared to us always very friendly and hard-working opposite the guest. The pool ensures that a pleasant cooling in the very hot septembertagen there. Although it is in American hotels rather unusually a breakfast to get, however had this as inklusivleistung of offered. As Sebastian in July 11 negative with 'musty' noted, is the reinlichkeitsstandard since that has not been improved. Our two double rooms flowed such an intolerable ' altersheimgeruch ', that we after late arrival later the rooms changed. Thereby we came from the rain into the trauefe: -our rooms rays not more, but they had neither balcony-as usual standard-and no window outward! , what we in the darkness with the room changing hadn't noticed. Like front desk rather below average, musty staff, besides friendly gardener.Not available, but mini -breakfast in the nearby, fifties smartish 'cafe' with swing -music to the coffee, - ok. The hotel lies wonderful centrally located in Palm Springs and you can (exceptionally in the USA) quite on foot the place explore. The hotel is centrally located in direct proximity to the main street of Palm Springs. The hotel is situated a few minutes many restaurants, bars and shops. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, as there are no dining room. Instead we got a Vaucher for a nearby diner. This was in the 50er's-style, had a nice service and delicious breakfast options.
Unfortunately, our room had a smell 'intense'. At night it was quite loud outside our door, probably due to drunk guests. This has the overall impression a bit spoiled. This also compensate for American standards-rather poor service at the … read more
