We have a weekend in Munich and it was perfect! We spent most of the time outside of the hotel anyway, because we as much as possible of of the city wanted to see. The hotel is rather old fashioned, but nevertheless neat. It is located around 5 to 7 minutes from the next metro stop and on the doorstep is a supermarket. The staff were friendly and capable. However we were, after we a key deposit had, this evenings without questions will be distributed... It could have been so anyone unnoticed our entire room empty rooms,... Our room was not very attractive, the carpet pointed out several old spots on, the bathroom is in the style of the 80's style, so nothing special trendy. Unfortunately, there was also the sauna not in use. The breakfast buffet is ok, there should actually to each something find. Also the staff are very friendly and hard-working. The friendliness of the entire staff ( also the room service) was extremely (constantly) commendable. I especially want to point out to mrs wojnar from the front desk staff mention, which already when booking helpfulness and professionalism showed and this at check in fortführte. Hotel is in my opinion for business reasonable. However share your criticism I the cleanliness of the carpet soil nevertheless so a stains on pointed out. My bathroom was still in the brauntöen the 80's tile. The breakfast buffet was to my taste. The way to the next subway is around 5 minutes away on foot. Parking spaces in front of the hotel as good as impossible (typical for Munich). Parking garage available 10 Euro per night. The hotel points by the quiet location, subway, olympia park, as well as the nymphenburger castle are in the immediate proximity. The furniture is not contemporary, the furnishings of the kitchen is very poor (two bierglässer ). In the four days of our stay was the apartment not cleaned. After our complaint, the statement the lady at the front desk, the cleaning would only 2 times the week take place and we have an abnormal cleaning they are subjected to.     This apartment hotel is located in Gern, one of Munich’s most beautiful districts, between the Olympic Park (about 1 km away) and the Nymphenburg Palace (roughly 2 km away). There are restaurants around 10 m away, and a public transport stop and a bus station are both some 500 m. The city centre and the main train station lie approximately 5 km from the hotel. The hotel has excellent transport connections. The motorway leads to the Mittlerer Ring and from there it is easy to reach the city centre. The Deutsches Museum, the Allianz Arena and the historical centre are approximately 5 km away. Franz Josef Strauss Airport is about 45 km from the hotel.
