The staff at reception were alright. There was a nothing special much trouble, the check in was however problem-free. Rooms were always clean! Everything else we didn't use.nullThe rooms are for american standards relatively narrow and the beds a bit small. Tv and air conditioning are available, whereas the latter not really controllable and was very loud. The bathroom was also small, however therefor very nice and clean!At the hotel it concerns a medium sized hotel in New York, the typical for this city many floors has. The staff were always very helpful, requests (extra blankets, limo, etc. ) were dealt with immediately, check in and check out was quick and easy. On the departure day had to the room until noon. There was a possibility, your bags at hotel verwaren, if the flight. The staff spoke only English. nullThe room was functional and features one- or two double beds. This charming, renowned city hotel offers reliably good standards and a great location just 1 block from Broadway and Times Square. A stop for the public transport network, shops, restaurants and bars are to be found in the near vicinity.
