• What the hotel offers
  'Uvala Maslina' (in english: 'Olive Bay') - This is the bay of 'Utjeha', a small and quiet town on the adriatic coast of Montenegro. Located within walking distance thereof, the newly built holiday home is situated in a quiet and pleasant residential area. Due to the elevated position of the facility you have a wonderful view of the sea and experience the romantic sunsets Montenegro directly from your terrace.The 4-star-apartments are tastefully decorated and fully furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people. A free car parking space is available if you arrive by car. The transfer from the airport can be arranged upon request. The apartments are under German management, a german on-site support is guaranteed at all times. The landlord was honored in 2009 by the 'National Tourism Organization of Montenegro' as a 'Qualified Montenegro-Expert' an selected as the 'Landlord of the year 2009' by over 6000 holidaymakers as well.
• Location
  The small and tranquil town of 'Utjeha' (meaning “solace” in English) is situated about 10 km south of the port city 'Bar', Montenegro at the Adriatic coast. The beach of 'Utjeha' has been awarded with the 'Blue Flag' and can be reached in just a 5 minute walk. On-site restaurants, bakeries and shopping facilities are available. The modern and vibrant port city 'Bar', with shopping malls, bars, coffee shops and a beautiful beach promenade can be reached in a few minutes by car. To the 'Velika Plaza', the 13(!) km-long sandy beach of 'Ulcinj', is just at a distance of 15 km. Also there, the beaches are awarded with the 'Blue Flag', a paradise especially for children and fans of aquatic sports. Also in the heartland there is a lot to discover. Several nature reserves and other attractions can be reached in day or half-day trips.

  The 4-star-apartments are is located on the 1st, 2nd and 4th floor of the building. From its terrace you can enjoy a nice view over the adriatic sea. Romantic sunsets right in front of you make the holiday feeling perfectly. With a living space of 97-102 sqm, divided into 1-2 bedroom(s) (with one 160 cm wide double beds), 1-2 bathroom(s) and a spacious living- and dining area with an additional sofa-bed for 2 people you have more than enough space around to feel 'at home'. Regarding the equipment and the furnishing of the apartment we placed high value on a comfortable and tasteful atmosphere as well as on high quality. Unlike in other cheaper apartments, a fully furnished, spacious living area awaits you, where several people can stay comfortably for a longer time without any problem. We also have special offers for long-time lodgers (from 4 weeks stay).
• Other facilities and services
  Fair pricing: Our prices are final, including all associated costs such as electricity, water, end-cleaning, etc. The cost of the police registration in Montenegro, and the taxes are included as well. A lockable parking for your car (with radio remote control right at the building) is also included. Towels and linen are available in a sufficient number do not have to be brought.
