Mea culpa

Mea culpa Yes, i have many 'positive' guided by the reviews! I would need to know better, since i do a lot of traveling around the world. Which partly - maybe ma the travel agent - on the hotel is written is appalling. Hotel: is very dated - area partly neglected. Rooms: we have 2 times the room have to change. In the first, the balcony was totally soiled with bird droppings. We then moved to a suite, where the jacuzzi was not working and the bathroom was infested with mold was. The suite was much ok only in 3. ..., but the bathroom all fixtures from when the hotel was built in 1989 was included. Beach: If you correct beaches in Europa, USA (atlantic ocean /Gulf of Mexico), Afrika or Asien saw this' beach ' is absolutely unworthy beach to be called. Briefly about 300, from garbage from the port entrance of phuket town and the ankernden ships in the polluted. There is of course an aggravating circumstance, that you just a few hours a day can swim by the tides. 6 hour low tide by the many stones in the cycle with the tide and rocks in the water hardly opportunities to enjoy the warm water. Furthermore, the so-called 'bar' only partially existent. The investor is already since years absorbed from the sea, the rusty stumps in the water. At the beach a pool should be, very incomprehensible. In the shade of a large bath tub there is. Hygienic reasons, we have avoided this part of it in any way to get in contact. The undertow. toilett is an absolute impertinence! The areas for sunbathing and uferpflanzen are very neglected. Overall holzpritschen very uncomfortable and very close together you on this. Staff: In this respect the staff no criticism to make. They have adapted to the principle of general lethargy, but friendly. Here you have to the thai owner speed up. Bars: Mainly on russian, korean and british sold the trip. Few german tourists, some dutch. Conclusion: If you normal requirements of comfort and hygiene, no, is here well waived. The price-performance ratio was absolutely gross. read hotel review

The friendly reception by Damian was excellent. That's how i imagine how subtle service and customer focus before! A free upgrade to a junior suite with sea view and the excellent space as well as the bathing area were ideal for feeling well. The private beach is no 50 meters from my suite and quickly reached. Great! The breakfast was ideal and leaves nothing to be desired. I only had breakfast be ordered, which for me perfectly ausreichendwar. The trip from the hotel to the Coral Island it is very reasonably priced and met all my expectations. The guest-mix is ... internationally and i felt overall the best way cared for. The spa was for me a further point i fully convinced. The therapeutin mrs naree is well trained and with the ambience of the spa it was another point of the 'feel programme' in january 2015 i will book this hotel again and the quiet location convinced me. So i imagine a week beach holiday before. read hotel review

We were the first time in cape panwa and have a really great holiday. The hotel is in a quiet bay and has a beautiful private beach! The staff are always very helpful and friendly, so you have a really relaxing holiday. In particular Damian helped us with a smaller problem very fast and competent and happy to help! At this point again thank you very much! The hotel is very nice and away from all the commotion convenient and one can nevertheless in the evening in the small village in some nice restaurants or on the night market a ... little shoppen. The rooms are very modern and in a very good condition. We had a wonderful holiday and can the hotel really recommend. Positive to mention, that both in the lobby and on the beach free wi-fi for guests. read hotel review
