The friendliness in general is very good. It is a always a smile experienced or a hello. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse are more or less available-on english you always on, even if it here and there was a bit rough (with hands and feet you could but also communicate).
Yes the cleaning of the rooms - there could be a minimal improvement soutenant. Partly the entrance area not at all swept or only superficially, so that we always sand as had (even if we are not from the beach came). The service was very good, very nice friendly staffThe gastronomy we cannot say much, since we only breakfast eaten, which sufficiently and was good. There is 2-3 restaurants in the hotel, the quite expensive to be.We had a junior suite, which very big and very well equipped is. (minibar, kettle, air-conditioning, flat screen tv). The bathroom is top. Bathtub, separate shower, 2 sinks.Great hotel in nice peaceful location. Far away from the mass tourism. Quite large, with many russians, english and some german. Private beach without annoying traders. Very quiet to relax. Nothing for people with disabilities, lots of stairs.

We were 6 days in cape panwa hotel... It was a mediocre vacation! There are much better hotels in Thailand, also a better value for money exhibit. Visitors : lots of italians, french, a few german and a few russians. Average age was upper third. Staff completely different of al we for Thailand used are: rude and no smile on the lips. A great shame.

Very nice, quiet and great in the landscape hotel. A private beach with white pier and several restaurants round the outcome.
The satisfactory foreign language skills of the service personnel, were to my surprise, the german hotel management compensated.

Jacuzzi on the balcony, we liked to use.
The bathroom is very well equipped with large rain shower.
Furthermore there is a walk-in closet.Very nice hotel in beautiful hillside.
