On arrival at 14 o'clock was none at the front desk. Several times rang we. Nothing happens. Staff wuselt past. To the question: is someone at the front desk? Answer: at the moment not!? We pobieren it on the phone, without success.
After a half hour wait ask a maid to our request. And so we come finally in a room, but unfortunately not which we had been promised. Maybe we go back to move. Nobody was responsible. We had up to one evening always the same table. Unfortunately is, that one monday no dinner in the hotel get, since day of rest is. At the breakfast is pleasantly calm it. The food was very, very good, however there is a feasts Placement in breakfast and dinner for the total vacation.
The rooms are functional, but there is no fridge or kettle in the room, for the food preparation of infants is needed. Under the dripping heating in the bathroom there was a bowl, no puddles to receive.
The entrance to the hotel is not barrier-free, so difficult for disabled and families with small children. Target group of the hotel is rather high age.

Since we in our 'Hotel' no more room got, we for those Walserhof decided, because we have already more often to the food and it was found that the hotel was good. Our room was spacious and clean, unfortunately, without balcony therefor with beautiful views of the Swiss mountains and the pledges!
