This hotel because of the good traffic connections selected. The tram runs immediate on one side of the hotel and the bus stop is hardly hundred meters wentfernt. Also the underground station. Across the street is a supermarket, so that you can buy fruits and drinks on the way. The room itself is a normal size, the toilet separate from the bathroom, but in the room. Staff at the front desk very, very unfriendly and fech (guests are angemault) a 'good morning' are ignored by the unfriendly ladies not. A miserable mood the staff is at the guests. Once and never again will I entered this hotel (unfriendly staff). The women at the front desk should be a shame to participate! For city breaks the hotel is ok. Great traffic connection by tram, bus and subway. All sights within circa 15 minutes to reach.. Right gegebenüber from the hotel is a goal (plus, net). If there is no breakfast book in the hotel, as it is very sperrlich is, very little variety. Bakeries there is enough or general possibilities to go out. The rooms were clean, the hotel was and it is still not renovated, towels were every day exchanged. the hotel lies conveniently located on the U6, stop Alser street, and right on the tram, the schottentor runs (almost town center). The rooms are functional equipped and are absolutely sufficient and always clean. Single downside, the hair dryer is very weak, which means hair drying can a bit of a pain. For a city trip the hotel was adequate, but not for more. Hotel was quite old and not well maintained. The rooms are not clean, in the bathroom there was still hair from the previous guest. Cutlery, cups and little coffeepot were not clean. The traffic connections was very good, one hundred meters to the metro and tram. Restaurant 'behind wood' just around the corner, where you can eat. If you need the hotel only to sleep and not so exactly into the corners of the room you could stay. … read more

nothing special but adequate as a base, in order to explore Vienna. You bed and breakfast, staff at front desk friendly. Unfortunately the furnishing very dated and the carpets are partly total abgenudelt. The room was generally okay, but the hygiene in the breakfast left a lot to be desired, since the tables were wiped with a cloth, which I think is never washed. The binding is super: BIM, bus& suburban train directly in front of the door and within minutes you are in the wonderful city of Vienna. Across the street from the hotel there is a supermarket as well as two corner pubs/bars/restaurants as well as a fast food shop and very nice clubs under the suburban train Arches.
