4 star never, + a maximum of 2. The service left much to be desired. Everything without standard, very bad buffet, dirty glasses and so on. if you sleepless nights is, this is the place to stay, the bed is under all sow. in short: if vacation with a little level look, here is guaranteed to be in the wrong address, by Canadians only too crowded. Many times our room was not cleaned at 17:00, balcone only once in 13 days. Rooms met rather the category 3. Long waiting for the drinkgs at the only hotel bar. Unqualified and sometimes moody behaviour of the animateurs by the children entertainment programms. The food was very monotonous and mostly designed for Americans and English tourists. One should watch out by catamaran driving, surfing etc. The paid depost was not any more back!!! The next travel leads us to Punta Cana, more recommendable! … read more

Location
This family-friendly beach hotel is located in the sprawling Playa Dorada complex, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The club resort is only 15 minutes from Gregorio Luperón International Airport and around 8 km from the resort town of Puerto Plata.
Facilities
This family resort offers a variety of daytime activities, sports and nightly entertainment for all ages, and has 271 guest rooms in total. Facilities include a lobby with a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities, a hairdressing salon, casino, children’s playground, kids’ club and a bar, disco and restaurant. For an additional fee, guests may also make use of the Internet access and laundry service.
Rooms
All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, a ceiling fan, telephone, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace facing the garden or golf course. Each room additionally features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe (with charge) and minibar (fees apply).
Sports/Entertainment
There is an outdoor swimming pool with children’s swimming area, and guests may also relax with a massage (fees apply). Other sport and leisure activities available to guests include diving, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and biking. Parasols are provided on the nearby sandy beach.
