After 2006 and 2011 here were we decided now for three weeks to book the hotel, which we regretted, since the service and the quality of the food very neglected had. The staff, obviously untrained and tip from, served you only if you tip got. Like a parking meter, if you don't nachgeworfen deliveredst, bar areas were second-rate your punishment with the lack of service. The tables were often not cleared and washed. We had a relaxing vacation. A huge only drawback is the very high proportion of french tourists. The whole entertainment was in this nationality and one occurs oneself as a german excluded before. It gave according to our observation only very! Loud french entertainment on the entire area extended. German children are here after our observation unfortunately lost. It is of the hotel-management admits but it does nothing. The staff are very hard-working and friendly. Only exception is the unqualified unfriendly staff in the mini market. Sell medicines from where you absolutely no idea have made too expensive prices.

Cayena - front desk even (mostly) German-language occupied. Apart from that English always good!
We had nothing to criticize, except for the already-called first night!The food in cayena is completely reasonable and also has a sufficient variety. Unfortunately only breakfast and lunch!
Dinner had all a carte restaurants to be taken or in buffet form in the (I lovingly above) cafeteria!
But also here is the food completely reasonable and you could always find something. However I would definitely not four stars forgive.
