The hotel is uneserer opinion a good three stars hotel. The staff super nice and always ready for some fun. Because of this you feel in good hands. We are therefore, that a lot of reviews so bad, pleasantly surprised been. The food is also good. Of course if i a great buffets expect, must i a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in many countries, in the arab world but as a service I had never. The staff are so friendly, willing to help and courteous, this makes all the small weaknesses make up for it. It speaks English, German was also there. I have a little arabic tried and we have perfectly able to communicate. Questions and instruction were earliest possible edit. Rooms were cleaned each day, laundry regularly changed, towels every day. And everything without tip... We have of course nevertheless some...
