the staff you can only at the welcome and friendly designate. Communication only in English or Spanish possible. Our complaints were not a single time perceived, the staff were always annoyed, if every evening after missing bed sheets or towels questions had. The balcony door was of course absolute Classics-no problems were fixed.Twice on own costs breakfast. Price in amount of 6 euros per person was OK, the food unfortunately only lukewarm, small selection.As described above was the room the absolute Horror! Location
This pleasant apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location on the coast of Nuevo Horizonte. The beautiful local sandy beach lies within a short distance of the complex and guests are able to make use of the transport service to the beach. It is just a short walk to the nearest public transport and the airport is also within easy reach.
Facilities
The apartment complex comprises a total of 169 apartments and features an inviting foyer with a currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, a nightclub, a car hire service, a cleaning service, a souvenir shop, a pleasant café, a cosy bar, an air-conditioned restaurant and an ice cream parlour. Medical assistance is available on request and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground.
Rooms
Each of the tasteful apartments comes with an en suite bathroom, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchen, a hire safe and a terrace.
