This hotel should no 4 stars have, still it was enough definitely in order from elebten how to relax. In my opinion a middle class star hotel. The size of the room is good, the furniture is a bit dated and it is only a small crt tv on a those. The cleanliness was ok there were daily the towels were changed and the beds freshly made. If you are in a 4 star hotel travels and to Munich, you think, this is the best! Unfortunately i was the contrary was offered! For 109€ the night i expect much more! I believe there was a 'Munich' surcharge! Or because the location at the main station, but with such a train station is the 4. star nothing worth it! Either you can take the hotel a star from or the price lower (a maximum of 60 euros per night). Apart from that stay away, rip-off! A very 'dingy' hotel. In every room and bathroom corner was the dirt and dust pushed together! Showers isn't recommendable. Shower curtain (narrow piece of plastic) was neither the front nor the back of the hotel. At the breakfast buffet there was chaos! The orange juice was ran out on replacement of multivitamin was not mentioned. The dishes were without asking cleared from the table. (if you had enough or not). The front desk staff are in crisis management training, because apart from complaints edit, does not exist lots to do... Or is not much...Breakfast you could eat. We were first in the room 529 -but when we entered it was still occupied, not cleaned and in a bad condition! Then we have room 328 receive, unfortunately was the condition of the room not better but at least fresh bedding. The bathroom was really unacceptable, starting with hair in the sink, urinstein in the toilet, mold in every corner and edge and the shower curtain can now each metaphorical imagine - the carpet was with covered in stains, unacceptable the whole and 4 stars and salted prices!The breakfast room looks like from the last century! This modish hotel is excellently located near the central railway station, just 5 minutes away from Marienplatz. Scores of shops and other cultural attractions can easily be reached on foot or by public transport. It is 35 km from the airport and 18 km from the exhibition centre.
Facilities
The hotel is partially air-conditioned. It has a total of 183 rooms, of which 48 are singles and 124 are doubles. The spacious lobby contains lifts, hotel safes, a currency exchange desk and 24-hour reception. There is also a café, a cosy hotel bar and a delightful air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. How to get there
The hotel is located right next to Munich Central Station. By plane: from Munich International Airport (MUC) take the S-Bahn (city rail line 1 or 8) to Hauptbahnhof (Munich Central Station). Follow the signs with DB on them to reach the main train platform, then turn right (North-Nord), keeping the train platforms on the left and continue to the exit. The hotel is across the street, on the left. By train: once on the main ramp at the Muenchen Hauptbahnhof (Munich Central Station) turn left and head to the exit (North-Nord). The hotel is across the street, on the left. By car: follow directions to Stadtmitte (city centre) and then to Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). The hotel is opposite the north side of the station (on the left when facing the station's main entrance).
