I stayed at this hotel during a business trip for 2 nights. The location is great, it's right next to the main train station. However, it wasn't the noise of the train that kept me awake at times, it was the sound of the cars driving over the tram rails on the street. This was really annoying. The hotel room itself was clean but definitely in need for some renovation! I am sure the hotel used to be new and luxurious about 10 years ago, but today it's unfortunately only nice and overpriced in that way. The breakfast was delicious! ... The variety was good, there were scrambled eggs, different kinds of bread and rolls, jam, honey, Nutella, and other sweet baked goodies. There was also yogurt, fruit salad, cereals, vegetables, green salad, and some hot breakfast items like small sausages etc. Overall, the hotel was okay for a few nights because the location was amazing. Only a few steps away from the city center with shopping, restaurants, sight seeing tours etc. If you traveled by train or want to take the train to the airport, then this is a good choice because the hotel is across the street to the train station. The staff was nice and helpful. They spoke German, English and Spanish, so language shouldn't be a problem. The hotel was certainly overpriced for what the inside (reception area,rooms, bathrooms.) looked like. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Munich!!! read hotel review

As other reviewers mentioned, one should the central situation does not influence. The hotel makes from the outside still a decent impression, also the reception hall was still acceptable. But if the lifttür opens, one already sees the significance, the one with the cleaning of the day. Chewing gum stuck on the floor, bekleckste walls in the elevator better not reject should. The extremely stained carpets on the way to the room to supply a foretaste of the room. Missing lamp screens at the hall lights are only secondary noticeable. %singlelinebreak % In the room then the best surprise. Beds ... without sattled frame (particle board on blechgestell) and mattresses in the 70er years of the last century purchased. The furniture seemed also not newer than the beds. The bathroom is this' authentic ' decor. Dirty shower curtains and seams provide a that icky spread, how long not more experienced. %singlelinebreak % The staff is in confrontation with the helpless and incompetent, but at cleanliness changed naturally nothing. %singlelinebreak % The 'better' rooms, i insisted was not significantly satisfactory, however, the beds were better. %singlelinebreak % The breakfast is ok, but it is adequate for the house a cheap impression. The furniture in the breakfast room were extremely worn out, cushions worn, and the carpet has stains in the size of schuhabtretern! %singlelinebreak % After the establishment no hotel classification more leads (must be 4 * be), the bill in the logo the title ' premier class' from. Check-in (around 3:00 p. m.) we should still as the room was not ready. When we eventually could use the room, has nothing from the room service to see. - very dated interior. - electrical outlets without covering. - cable from the walls looked. - plug sockets in the bath was moldy (no wonder since no ventilation possible) - toilet paper from the previous guests in the toilet. Then after 2 minutes stay complaint at the reception. The result was a room change without any complaint. It seemed to me, as if this routine. We got a free ... 'upgrade to a suite'. The 'suite' was the same only in larger. - also here everywhere dust. - minibar dirty - outlets partially and beams - bathroom felt 50 years old. (light from the op hall) - also geschimmelte outlets - tv (ur-old tube) with standing bildaussetzern. - room not connectable. Schloss broken. In addition to this the room because of missing air conditioning permanently heated was on constant 35 °c. Windows open possible, then however no conversations or sleep as right next to the train station and On a huge four-lane crossing and tram. This hotel has one of the four star rating not nearly deserves. There is a lack of basic things and the service as the room service was on two out of four days completely forget (of course despite sign outside). The hotel is absolutely not recommended and will certainly also hardly a guest twice see. read hotel review

Years ago it was a nice and classy hotel, unfortunately one noticed that it came into the years and in the last days not a lot of work into the hotel was put. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished and, especially, it looks Nobel from, only unfortunately very badly used ☹ With a little more work and some renovation the hotel radiate ☺ read hotel review

It was stated as a 4 stars hotel on booking.com, i would give it just 3. Booked a double room but got a twin room (2 separate single beds) and got told by the reception that '2 beds together is the same as a double room', said double room and twin room are the same in their hotel, mentioned they did not have anymore rooms with one double bed available, then my other friends who arrived later both got a double bed in their rooms. Never mind, apparently this is their 'hotel policy and standard' and ok I respect ... that, they could have just add a line somewhere to mention double room means 2 single beds put together. Except the great location and price was ok for being there, I can't find any thing good about this hotel. - The property was old, elevator was so slow, small and old, didnt have a close the door button. - Free Wi-Fi available, yeah right. Forget about it and go to the main station for a 15mins better connection! - The shower curtain was only half of the bathtub length - Dirty and rusts all over in the room except the bed sheets & towels were clean - no A/C and really poor ventilation system or perhaps they just don't have one, so stuffy. - the 2 curtains were so thin that the sunlight came through woke us up already at 4 or 5am probably would be ok to crash in just a night or two read hotel review

Where the four stars again, is incomprehensible to me. Formally like the criteria to be, but it was very worn. Especially the stains on the carpet and repulsions on the furniture fell negative. I will not recommend this hotel. read hotel review

1. with arrival 32 °c in the shade, room at the top. No other rooms, as supposedly sold (yes), 2. room way too loud. We should close the window, then it would be also not noisy. Is clear. 3. rooms are extremely small, no safety deposit box, bed awful. Behind the desk was still an empty packaging, there were only ' round corners' vacuumed. 4. even a short shower, was immediately inundated, since no seal on the door the shower was appropriate. The water spots you could very well see, that in the bathroom is not they mopped. Breakfast: is ... not at all 4 stars! No fresh yogurt or quark, no fruit salad, all in all, a poor selection. The juice machine was constantly empty, the coffee machine constantly broken! The atmosphere in the area was not to feel good. The staff came with the setting of the tables never afterwards. The lifts are for so a large hotel also a disaster. Here you see again, of photos and stars not fooled may, because the truth is then unfortunately different.
