We were over new year's eves 2012/2013 with a coach trip in this hotel. The first evening and breakfast the next morning were chaotic. It were way too many persons at once since. The staff were totally overwhelmed. Fortunately, we had a very nice driver for us organized everything was. The dining room is totally out of date designed. The table-ware was not cleanly rinsed. Which meant, that after the new years already the first cases of illness (nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea) occurred. Already in the evening were a lot of travellers affected. Good hotel where a short break.
Very friendly staff.
You should during the check in mention, as the Essensregelungen or are a other Scheme because of the division of Essensaufteilung make... Because all want to 18,30 food and it's not enough space for all at once. Proposal: 6:30 P. M. are all rooms with odd numbers loaded and 8:00 P. M. all rooms with straight are charged (or vice versa) and 5 Notfalltische for very hungry ;-)

Staff friendly, helpfull. Clean rooms. Only downside they ask for your passport on arrival and they managed to give the wrong ones to a couple who didnt check them so poor couple whose they were, thought they were stolen, it was resolved eventually but a little unprofessionally.Lots of lovely restaurants to try. Prices were similar to home., The Italian people were lovely all friendly they didnt hurry you .It was fine, Had everything in it. Good shower. They were a little shabby but cleaned every day with clean towells. Little balcony for the evening and drying towells. … read more

just wanted to give my opinion because I was few days ago in this hotel. Food was ok, but people who are serving food do not speek even average english so we couldn't order what we wanted. bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were hairs all over the floor and in the shower, rooms are clean enough, but balcony is in very poor condition, infrastructurly , they are not properly detached from next room, so everybody can come into your balcony or room. … read more
