  This apartment hotel is located at the heart of Puerto del Carmen, on the fabulous, sun-drenched island of Lanzarote. The beaches are a mere 3 minutes' walk away, on the other side of the promenade La Avenida lies the small Playa Punta Peñita and the Playa Candíl, each with their own beach café/ restaurant. The Playa Grande is only 500 m from the hotel. The resort is located in the middle of the town, directly on the promenade and offers, besides the many shops and a choice of good restaurants, its famous nightlife.
• Facilities
  This resort is very popular with adults and couples, as a child-free self-catering holiday resort, a place to recover from the stress and strain of everyday life.
• Rooms
  The holiday studios come with double beds, a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, a kettle and 2 cooking plates, an en suite bathroom, a safe as well as a balcony or terrace. They are gathered around the complex's pool.
• Sports/Entertainment
  The middle of the hotel grounds features an outdoor swimming pool. There is a golf course roughly 20 km away.
• Misc.
  The resort is not open to children under 16 years, small children are also not allowed. On arrival there is an obligatory introduction to the complex as the reception desk is not supervised round the clock.
