Especially warm the staff were not, rather uptight friendly. Especially we have on the day of arrival on the unmotivated madam at the front desk annoyed. Only a young man was really willing to help and courteous, he was the only with really good english.
Our rooms in the three days not cleaned, towels were also not changed. We found that but also fine so.The hotel offers only breakfast at. We found it delicious and the selection was quite sufficient. Location of the hotel in order. Breakfast was sufficiently available. After the theft of the wallet with all the documents (TRAM) no we checked out. Parking spaces! Only parking spaces with parking meters or parking for locals. … read more

We had booked this hotel as an overnight stay on the way back from Hungary. Guest parking is a major problem, as the hotel only residents parking places are. We were lucky after several rounds to find a place to park. Our room was like a condo furnished, next time we will stay longer, in Prague there is a lot to see. For families the hotel is great, separate rooms are available.
The breakfast should give you, the breakfast room is very small and the poor.
