No especially friendly welcoming at the reception. No luggage service. The elevator can only with presentation to be served, but it was not before said. Shuttle bus to the airport can at the front desk be ordered. The mantra is in a perfect location, on the roof terrace (with pool) you can see the arch of the bridge! Very nice room, super clean & the best beds in Syd! Washer & dryer with kitchenette and (Wschpulver daily complimentary) there is room service and a bistro on the ground floor, which we didn't visit, but was always well visited, especially from the bankers from the district.
