The staff the front desk are not rude, but without empathy and concern for the guest. Absolutely bland. The waiters in the restaurant works extremely unprofessional, without effort to keep the guest and remarkably slow. With a complaint in the restaurant we experienced with the staff a disaster: there was only not at all, then blatantly bored and recently even over the guests amusing, whereas the chef, from of the kitchen coming, still the amusement party. The location of the hotel is very cheap. The bus station on the doorstep, exactly like a supermarket and 2 small' kiosk'. ' Hackney -center' with small bars and pubs 5 minutes away on foot. The city centre with bus in 20 minuten subway 10 minutes walk. The room to the street are too loud, good that there an airco returns. Fridge was daily filled with 2 bottles of water refilled and kettle and tea, coffee and biscuits available. Rooms are fine and clean.
