The loud description existing bars and restaurants had partly already closed
The promised ice it did not give at all
Food nicely arranged, but often lukewarm to cold

Guests are treated with the usual turkish hospitality. You can see smiling faces everywhere and everybody was very keen on providing you with the best possible service.
Reception staff spoken english quite well, but most of the waiters had issues with understanding any other language, but russian.
Cleanliness in the public areas was satisfactory.In theory hotel is offering Ultra All Incluse service, however what we received was just like normal Al - no 24 hours food option or imported drinks.

The eating habits of the Eastern European nation are disgraceful the tables were not newly set. German language skills at the staff hardly available. The entertainment only spoke Russian because of the hardly communication. … read more

Very clean and well kept Hotel.
Drawback: in the period from 15 May 2011 06,05 until we were with two Germans in this hotel, otherwise firmly russischchr hand.
We were offered to change, but for nine days would be gone vacation day with arrival, move in and check-out.
