Staff are unfriendly! No foreign languages skills. The cleaning of the rooms left nothing to the imagination. It was only 1 times a week the bed linen changed.The food was good, there was something for every taste. The kitchen style was rather typical of the country, which also was desired. The cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurants was could be improved. No pleasant atmosphere.Size of the room was sufficient, a bit bigger would have been better. The furnishings left to be desired. A absolute Nightmare than urlaubsstart! After two hour bus ride at night at 0:30 o'clock lame check in. Then there pizza, the guests carefully with a pliers on the plates put. The employees however stood beside the bar and served by hand about the food... The staff, the US then for bungalow drove, found the small house not, held several times to get the room number to find. But only came the biggest shock: the room! The resort lies in the Bellavista Natural Park, just 1.5 km from Arbatax Port. Both Tortolì Airport and the centre of Tortoli are just over 5 km away. Cagliari Elmas International Airport is approximately 134 km from the property.
Facilities
This club resort is comprised of luxurious villas. Its amenities include a children’s playground. There is a car park for those arriving by car.

All villas feature Mediterranean décor and include air conditioning. Moreover, they come en suite with a shower and a hairdryer. Guests can look forward to a good night's rest on their double bed.
