Nice, very well maintained Hotel Garni only a couple of minutes on foot from the center Oberammergau in a very quiet lateral road located. Very friendly to the boss, the building makes altogether a very good and clean impression. Size of the single room for a short break sufficiently, equipped with a desk and small flat screen-tv, the bathroom with shower is against rather a bit cramped. Choice and quality of the breakfast buffet goes reasonable, good 3-star standard, actually everything which one for the start needs. Basic Hotel, well situated and quiet. Very bland room (2 star), good shower and toilet. The drawback: the owner came to me and always cool on a primary school teacher. The breakfast was refused a short 'not' the selected table, although this was not reserved. I had to take a seat in a dark corner. A guest was the owner of a fried egg. When I expressed the desire for a fried egg, said to me :' I would have been not what we expected!'... These before all guests.
