A two fold adult only hotel which has self catering facilities and all inclusive. The main body of the building consists of 4 floors and there is a separate two storey block which has extra facilities if you upgrade. This was our chosen option and we were not disappointed. Very cold mood, not a beautiful atmosphere. Unlovingly anger out food and not quite rude staff. We really don't think you could be three stars, never fourth location is very remote. I have in this complex immediately comfortable, the location is on the edge from Playa del Ingles with nice view on Maspalomas more than perfect. It is quiet and the guests were at this time too many from the scandinavian countries. ( I thought it was very pleasant vacation guests)
At the front desk I was welcomed in a friendly manner, a complaint was immediately dealt with.
The staff at reception is on scandinavian guests set, therefore English language skills were an advantage!

An amazing hotel for those seeking tranquillity, as kids under 14 years are not allowed! Wonderful! Mixed and very pleasant audience from 18 to 80 years, mostly norwegians, Sweden, finns, danish and dutch. Great friendly, helpful and speditives staff. 3 great, clean and large pools!
