• What the hotel offers
  Our house is furnished with 2 apartments which you can book alone or together. We guarantee for quality so that you can enjoy your holiday. Therefore we became the highest award from the institute of the private tirolean room- & apartment renters.
• Location
  Our house is situated in a small nice village named Schaller, 3 km behind the main village Neustift im Stubaital in direction to the stubai glacier. The cross-country-skiing-run and our beautiful water front pass our house. Around us is also our nice animal area with Lamas, chicken, ducks, guinea pig, rabbits, and so on. That is also for kids an adventure. You can also have fresh eggs from our outdoor chicken. The bus stop is 150 m away from our house and it's very easy to go there. In our neighbour village Milders you will find a supermarket, sports shops and restaurants. Other supermarkets you will find in the main village Neustift.
• Accommodation
  Our both apartments are big projected so that you can enjoy your holidays. Our apartment „Morgentau“: This apartment has 97 m² and is situated in the higher ground floor. It’s very modern furnished with: • Double room with shower & WC • Double room • Three bed room • Shower • WC • Living-Kitchen • Terrace The living-kitchen has a big and comfortable eating area and it is also equipped with dishwasher, microwave cooker, cooking area with an oven, water cooker, cafe machine, refrigerator, toaster, Sat-TV and CD-radio. Also in the apartment will be a safe. Our apartment „Sonnenstrahl“: This apartment has 85 m² and is situated in the first floor. It’s very modern furnished with: • Double room with shower & WC • Three bed room with shower & WC • kitchen • living room The kitchen has dish washer, cooking area with an oven, microwave cooker, refrigerator, water cooker, café machine and a toaster in it. The living room is equipped with balcony, CD-radio, Sat-TV, a sleeping couch (2 persons) and a comfortable nice eating area. Also in the apartment will be a safe.
• Food and Drink
  We rent our apartments without catering! If you like we can order fresh bread for you every morning. Next door to us there is the restaurant Schallerhof which offers a good kitchen.
• Leisure
  Schaller is also a good starting point for different kind of sports. The ski areas arround us Stubai glacier 15 km, Elfer 3 km, Schlick 2000 8 km & Hoch Serles 12 km will offer for each one the right things. The cross-country-ski-slope and the water front pass our house and will be a good alternative if you don't ski. Also in summer Schaller is a good starting point for hiking tours. Ask us for other kinds of sports - we will help you!
• Other facilities and services
  Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap, hairdryer, games, iron, taps for the dishwasher, dish liquid, clothes drying rack, books, sewing kid, first aid kid, and so on are in our apartments – you don’t have to bring it with you.
