Very friendly service, all our wishes were fulfilled. Late check-out on the day of departure because thermenbenutzung was also possible. English, german, russian, you at the front desk spoken. Baby bed was free of charge, refrigerator 3 Euro per day cost, kitchen with dishes and glasses, i believe 5-6 Euro on the day. We only used the refrigerator and found it a bit strange, that you had to pay (in a 4 star hotel!). We travel a lot in 4 or 5 star hotels and did the till now it is never seen. The first impression: where I ended up here? The room has eighties-years senior residence -charm, the I other 4 *-hotels do not know... Accordingly skeptical surveyed I the room and realized, that perfect it was cleaned. No fluff under the bed, nowhere a speck of dust to be seen and that made for me it worth it.
