Ideal room for families with small children. By the integrated kitchenette you can also food prepare yourself. We have unfortunately only a 2-star apartment get, but we have to on the complex the 4-star rooms. When our next vacation in this complex we want in a 4-star room. We had in the late season several times the possibility the towels to change. The waiters were very friendly. That the apartment during the stay itself to clean is, we had known. In the apartment only a broom to sweep available. Who nevertheless once the tiles of sand and dirt should exempt, the cleaning products and accessories in the mini supermarket directly at the resort.
The bed linen were after a week changed.
At the front desk we have the staff always friendly help. We have subsequently a crib for our smallest requested and it also immediately received.

The staff from the reception from about the cleaning staff and the waiters at the beach were very rude and unhelpful.
Only when your conversation ended we were served - unmotivated served.
It looked, as if everything too much for it was.
Check in only from o'clock! Since ends the day before and you have to pay for it.
Check out at o'clock!Unfriendliness of the staff at breakfast and at dinner.
You sit at the table and not even asked, whether you want a drink, the waiters go just past.

It was a great family vacation, all came at their expense egall, whether the children in the mini-club with very love-team or the parents with versatile program! Bathing, swimming, in the sun relaxing was the nicest, the nearby beach or the large pool. Since it now new apartments on the hotel returns, diewunderschön are we would again next year go there. We had a normal family apartment, practical facilities. Nearby beach! Friends of us were in a mobilhome in the same place ( very nice campsite) with great barbecue and new Sanitary facilities.
