We were as a part of a short city break for one night in the Best Western regence. We were friendly at the front desk welcome and the check in was efficient and without any problems. The hotel and the room itself were in all in all clean.
Noticeable was the relatively small size of the room. Between bed on the one hand, and tv on the other side were perhaps well 1.5 meters. In spite of the small distance was the tv actually too small for the room, if you from the bed from television wanted. The bathroom was in … read more

We were just a weekend there. Around Aachen to meet it is very good, as it nearby the old town and the cathedral lies. We only overnight accommodation had booked there, I can for breakfast no information. We had breakfast in the town and made in the Alex a sunday brunch. The car we could in the hotel's own underground parking (8 Euro per day), few minutes walk away was. The rooms were a bit small, however adequate. The ' family room' (101) was even for a solo travellers much too small. The spacing of the bed to the wall was on both sides less than 50 centimeters. Between bed and desk there was not enough space. Here was a single room with violence a double room. Thick (sorry ) guests can this room not used. The bathroom was not spacious.
When I the front desk that's mentioned, that the name of the room is misleading, I was eloquently stated, that the designation from the Feng Shui atmosphere, in our room should be, is derived. Feng Shui was … read more

The hotel is for a city journey optimally. I had only booked accommodation and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bathrooms in the hotel are different large. We had 2 double rooms. In the room was the bathroom quite small and in the other very spacious. The rooms themselves we found small. Between bed and desk was hardly place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have visited shortly before Christmas and as Aachen stay the BW-regence elected. The location-close to the center, about a ten minute walk-is pretty much the same as the sister hotel BW-royal (about 300 meters away from the centre km) is therefor good, even if you at night( noise) the windows better are closed. From the outside the hotel made a solid impression, which also continued in the reception area.
