    Located in the heart of the Berber country, on a plateau at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, Skoura is a large 120 km² palm grove close to the Oued Bouijhila. It is approximately 40 km from Ouarzazate, and its geographical location between the Atlas Mountains and the desert offers a moderate climate. The area is famous for its kasbahs, with the nearby Amerhidil Kasbah being the one that appeared on the old 50-dirham notes. Skoura is situated along the first part of the Dadés road, which leads to Keelaat M' Gouna, the valley of Dadés, Boulmane and the gorges of Todgha. Ouarzazate Airport is just a short drive away and private parking is available.

    At the edge of the palm grove and far from the urban areas, the hotel welcomes guests in a warm and peaceful setting all year long and it can be accessed by foot or bike, or on the back of a horse or donkey.
