Hotel is located on the edge of port fairy, than motel run. 2-storey building elderly. Good condition, very well maintained. No elevator! Rooms are large, completely equipped, clean. Airconditioning. Bathroom was big enough, clean. front desk not always occupied, bell. Washing machine and dryer for a fee( coin-op machine); Detergent at the front desk get (on 1 per wash stage). The restaurant looks like a living room, very comfortable. The service was very friendly, competent, thoughtful. Menu small but nice, the dishes tasted excellent, well-stocked wine list.
