We (couple) stayed for 3 nights for new year's 2012/2013 in solbadhotel. We have in this period completely comfortable and always felt welcome. What we very impressed by, was the obvious joy, with which the staff the solbadhotels at work are. What especially it must be mentioned, is the professional handling of complaints (we only had one and referred to a guest-so nothing with the hotel to and for itself to do...!) We were 5 days as a part of a seminar in this hotel. The seminar rooms were very bright and modern. Everything we needed was available.
The rooms (i was in the new building) were modern, functional, quiet and very clean. The staff were enormous friendly and helpful. The food - 4-course menu at lunch and in the evening - was excellent (but almost too much).
And after a tiring day from the spa, with brine bath, jacuzzi, outside bathroom, several sauna and dampfäder - just amazing! I am looking forward to the next seminar in the brine bath. … read more
