We chose this hotel because of the very good location and of the terrace with a fantastic view on the zocalo. At two days we were allowed on the patio too breakfast-on 3. morning us by the restaurant manager refused, because one of our daughters still minor is (15 years) and outside designated smoking area and you will therefore not be allowed. At the two days before it was minor. The restaurant manager was very unfriendly and ignored me as a woman fully and spoke only with my husband. Alw we around about 9:00 P. M. arrived was our room still not ready. Again we had to half an hour wait. Afterwards we got a somewhat small room for three persons ( a shakedown).
We were already several times in this hotel and had larger room.
What something for the inconvenience compensated, is the wonderful terrace with a view of the zocalo. … read more

Location right on the Zocalo with beautiful view from the roof terrace of the place with the buildings and the action on the square. In approximately 100 meters away from the tourist bus from. Day ticket about to € 10 and 2 -day ticket 15 euros. You can as often as you wanted off to besichtigeen and then with one of the next Buses drive.
