The staff was friendly and studious, us well to serve.The hotel had a homey feel, the rooms are partly not really uptodate, but very comfortable and satisfactory. The family owners is friendly, the food especially good and tasteful. The conservatory for the meals very tasty. Because it a smaller hotel is, one comes also sometimes fortunately with the other guests conversation.Breakfast as a buffet was extensive and delicious, the dinner is in the restaurant respectively in the conservatory given. It is a family run hotel with well feeling character. There was no special choice of Wellness and other free time, but we didn't miss it, as the days with trips to city Merano and surroundings were very hard. The five course menu dinner was surprisingly excellent. … read more
