Hotel staff are friendly and fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Dining at the hotel is expensive however the quality is average. I recommend dining at the 5 star restaurant across the street - you'll pay the same price but get superior service and better food.Rooms have lots of closet space -- I had a suite with two full sized closets. The Westin is right on the edge of the old town location. Short walk to the restaurants and bars old town. staff at reception was accommodating and helpful. questions about the city and restaurants were answered to our complete satisfaction. Stefanie, in particular, was extremely hard. rooms were big enough and in good condition. only fly in the ointment a tray of room service, which with the food leftovers on the hallway (and during our entire stay). was not responsible.
