We were from 9-23. October in the hotel ERI Beach. We were because the hotel ERI village was already closed moved to the hotel ERI Beach. With 600 beds it is a very large but still offering a clear view hotel complex. You can tell but the the complex already older and in some places the 'paint' already from is. Staff partly, foreign languages skills in German not at all. The cleaning of the rooms? What is the, the room has been no cleaning seen. The towels once a two once not changed, the I think was a gamble today once morning...The hotel was a total catastrophe. Have unfortunately too late in the hotel reviews looked but I have to say it is all true.

the service was because of the atmosphere decreases. in the first week there was still the mini club for children, in the second week not more. Wherein the animator Mandy really great the few children (3) cared has. Mandy was from Germany and thus the Communication not a problem. Thanks for the great Tips for excursions! But in the restaurant and at the bar were mostly staff from Eastern Europe (Lithuania, Albania) in use.
