Very unfriendly staff. deutrsch speaks only little hotel manager and nobody else. English from the staff poorly understood. Cleaning of the rooms during the week of vacation not a only time takes place. Complaints are not serious agreeable and nobody took care for improvement. Tour operator locally only spoke English and don't care. ( the changing hotels-> nothing happened, we were only comforted that the travel agency care would)1 restaurant. Quality of the dishes is absolutely inadequate. Cleanliness in the restaurant is almost not available. Dirty tables were not cleaned, only swept. Table-ware was partly dirty.
