The staff are very friendly and does not shrink from a trouble, to the guests make the stay as pleasant as possible. The manager of the hotel is always eager to help and offer advice, give tips for activities and gladly a plausch with the guests. He speaks also german and italian, which makes it many a time as' interpreter ' can operate. The cleaning staff was the most hard working and friendliest, which we ever experienced and 'lightning'.
